Brewery: St. Mars of The Desert
These guys are ones to watch out for. This is a not-so-strong NEIPA that still packs a punch adding the zest and pulp from 80 ruby grapefruits in the tank, giving an orange-reddish hued beer. They don't add concentrated or artificial ingredients at the brewery as a rule, so this isn't a grapefruit-bomb. But it's a lovely fruity IPA in which the real fruit is complimented by some zesty hops: Mosaic, Waimea and Amarillo.
