Wow this is delicious!! A traditional sparkling method cyder - the first in the world to be bottled in a 568ml imperial pint bottle. In honour of a certain Prime Minister who was known to enjoy an 'imperial pint' sized bottle of Champagne. We don't make Champagne here in Somerset, we do make rather good cyder.
The apples were freshly pressed in harvest 2018 and initial fermentation took place in the chilled cellar tanks, before being bottled and laid down to re-ferment and mature using the traditional method for a further two years.
