An homage to brewing techniques and ingredients from around the world, incorporating maize, sorghum and British malt as a base before lemon verbena from South Africa and US, NZ and Aussie hops are tossed in too before being fermented with Norwegian super yeast, Kveik. Delicate, complex, mildly funky and deeply refreshing. And what a colour!
