Northern Monk are pushing the boundaries of Kveik IPA. Not only is this an exceptionally big beer they are incorporating all the changes they've been trialling through the different IPA's brewed so far. NZ hops Motueka and Nelson Sauvin and a brand new one in Taiheke shine here - The hop profile White Grape, Lychee and lots of tropical fruit character and dangerously drinkable despite it's muscular ABV.
