"For the first beer in this series, we had to go big, and big we went with our friends from @fastfashionbeer. They sent us a box full of their fresh experimental hop Anchovy, which we partnered alongside Nelson, Nelson Hop Kief & Nectaron. Big notes of overripe melon, tart gooseberry and orange. Super hazy and heavy on the Rolled Oats & Wheat to give maximum mouth feel.
This will be a slow project, that we will bring forward every time the stars (hops) align and we feel we can bring you something special in concept and taste."
