Whilst we go to great lengths to ensure your items reach you in the same condition they left us, occasionally damages and breakages occur. Should that happen please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the damage item(s) and we’ll be in touch ASAP to resolve the issue.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In the instance that, for any reason, we’re unable to fulfil the whole of your order we will aim to contact you the day the order is placed to arrange an alternative solution. This may involve swapping an item for a similar one, or removing the item from your order and providing a refund (we won't do either without your approval). In the event that we are unable to contact you for a resolution, your order will be shipped minus the unavailable items, and we'll refund you the difference.
